PRINCE Tube Well SYSTEMS

PRINCE Ribbed Screen Pipes - Pipes having V shape ribs on outer surface with fine slots to prevent small particles in bore well. These pipes have special specification & have been produced from special PVC compounding formulation.

Note: Pipes are manufactured in accordance with IS:12818-2010 by UPVC special grade raw material as per recommendation in Blue colour.

  • All dimensions in millimeters
  • Pipes comply with IS 12818-2010
  • Threads DN 40 to 80 mm as per IS : 554
  • DN 100 to 400 mm trapezoidal threads as per IS : 12818-2010
  • Sealing rings as per IS : 12818-2010 (Material - EPDM)
  • Standard Length - 3 mtr.
  • Other Sizes, Thickness Length canbe supplied, if desired.

*Prince column pipe is specially designed for bore well to risen water by submersible pump. Additional superior design and
development features characteristics of column pipes are high impact, high tensile and high strength. Square threads form on pipe which
suits to take entire load of installed capacity of column pipe.
*Compound formulated is specially UPVC and proved inherent properties over replacement of Galvanized steel pipe.
*Column pipes are very rigid and, longer life can consider up to 50 yrs even though with holding self load along with submersible pump.

Column pipe installation procedure in bore well
1. Select proper size of pump and class of column pipe to install in bore well.
2. Before start to install check working good condition of pump to avoid remove from bore well.
3. Metal connector to assemble with submersible pump with the help of pipe wrench.
4. Before start to insert the pump in bore well ensures pump guard is fixed safely and tighten properly.
5. Column pipe to jointing with adapter ensure all sealing ring provided on pipe and properly to be clean with cloth and water if needed.
6. Adaptor to hold by hand or clamp and take assembly of other pipe.
7. Ensure tightening of pipe in such a way that sealing ring to be tightening half in coupler and half is to be visible.
8. In such a way complete the column pipe installation procedure.
