Following is the demo message of the despatch details:

The above message consist of the following:

Customer Order No.

Importance of the Customer Order number:

Customer Order number is a order number generated by the customer and would be given to us when he places the order. For example: PMUM/1. This would be in the form of the Customer code generated by us followed by sequence number. Customer Order number would be important for the customer to know the status of their order. It would help them to know whether the goods have been despatched or not. In case if it has been despatched then what is the despatch details. If a customer fails to give the customer order number then he would not be able to know about the despatch details of that order unless he calls up at the office.
